“Super! The lawyers at this firm managed to freeze the assets on the exchange through the court. My father had transferred 75376 euros to the fraudsters, thinking he was buying tokens. Part of it they'd already spent or hidden away somewhere and it was never found, but €53,278.82 was returned to our account!! Father cried with joy. Thank you!!”

“The site says a reply within twelve hours. Mine came after six days, in August, and I understand perfectly why — but then write that, that in August you answer within a week. After that the case against Blueharbour Signals went well and Ms Falconi was precise, thank you.”

You are right twice over: about the six days, and about the published deadline making no allowance for August. Thank you for writing it here instead of letting it go — this kind of report rarely reaches us.

“Kronex collapsed with my savings still in it, and for a while I told nobody at home. Ms Olivieri traced the sum in the proceedings and over two years recovered a third of it. I was a post office clerk for forty years: I handed money orders to people, then trusted a voice on the telephone passing itself off as a broker. A third of the money and a bit of dignity: that will do.”

“I have builders in the house right now, and I am paying them with money I had written off. Kelvara Finance had blocked everything, and we joined forces in a class action in Amsterdam. At some point buyers turned up offering to take the tokens at a discount: the lawyers said to let it go and wait for the court. They were right. The settlement went through and my €63,300 came back in full. The process is long, that much is true, but it was worth every penny.”

“Fjordera knocked me sideways: they rang from the Balkans, ever so polite, always at the same hour, and in the end I handed the money over with my own hands. The firm latched onto a case in Como where those people's property was already under seizure: the cars went to auction and the proceeds went to the admitted creditors, myself included. That is where my 9900 euros came back from. Four and not five for the whole week when the lawyer answered nothing at all, right before the hearing, and I had nobody to ask. My grandchildren say I get worked up over nothing. For them perhaps, for me that was my savings for old age!!”

“I was very afraid it was fraud again, because the platform Maxigrid just locked the account and demanded another 1,905 euros for a 'withdrawal corridor'. Thank you to your firm for stopping me and keeping me from paying the fraudsters even more. The money (7,199 euros in total) came back a week ago through CySEC. Though I had to wait almost three months, and I was insanely nervous.”

“My father Sven (71 years old) asked me to write a review because he doesn't use Google himself. He got involved with a fake prop firm, Zenith Yield, they froze a payout of 14297 euros. The lawyers filed a claim with the regulator and after four months the account was unblocked, the money was paid out in full to the bank account. My father thanks Ms Dorigo very much for the work, he says they saved him from a heart attack.”

“Three different lawyers in two years. Same file, same questions each time.”

Three handovers in two years are too many, and the repeated questions follow directly from that. Since then every file carries a second name beside the first: whoever takes over reads the papers before the call, not during it.
